FAQ: Monitoring and Alerts

To modify existing alert settings:

  1. If it's not already displayed, select the organization that contains your desired project from the Organizations menu in the navigation bar.

  2. If it's not already displayed, select your desired project from the Projects menu in the navigation bar.

  3. Do one of the following steps:

    • Click the Project Alerts icon in the navigation bar.

    • Next to the Projects menu, expand the Options menu, click Project Settings, and click Alerts in the sidebar.

    The Project Alerts page displays.

  1. Click the Alert Settings tab.

  2. Click to the right of the alert you want to modify (edit, clone, disable, delete).

Atlas pauses monitoring for M0 Free clusters which have had no connection activity for 7 days. Monitoring resumes once a successful connection occurs through the Atlas Administration API, Driver, mongosh, or Data Explorer.
