Dashboard Ownership

You can view, add, or remove dashboard owners to any dashboard in your project.

You must have the Project Owner role.

To view the owners of any dashboard in your project:

If Atlas Charts is not already displayed, click the Charts tab in the Atlas UI.

Atlas launches an instance of Charts linked to your project.

If the Owners page isn't already displayed, click Owners under the Dashboards heading in the sidebar.

The Owners page displays.

Atlas Charts displays a table with the following columns:

Column Name
Description
Dashboard title
Title of the dashboard.
Dashboard ID
ID of the dashboard.
Dashboard owners

Email associated with each dashboard owner.

If an existing dashboard owner was the only owner, and no longer has access to the project anymore, the Dashboard owners column will say No owners.

Share setting

Users who can access the dashboard in the project, identified by their level of access.

Possible values are:

Value
Who Can Access The Dashboard
Private
The dashboard owner.
Project
Select users, or all users in the project.
Organization
Members in the same organization.
Public

Anyone with the link.

To view the dashboard, click the button.

You can sort this table by the Dashboard title, or Share setting column.

To add a dashboard owner to a dashboard in your project:

Note

This person must have at least Viewer permissions on the dashboard.

To remove a dashboard owner from a dashboard in your project:
