abortMoveCollection

Stops an in-progress moveCollection operation.

New in version 8.0.

This command must run on the admin database.

This command is available in deployments hosted in the following environments:

  • MongoDB Atlas: The fully managed service for MongoDB deployments in the cloud

Note

This command is not available on the Atlas Shared Tier or on Atlas Serverless.
