Returns whether a value satisfies an $ne expression.

Parameters:

  • exists (true | false) —

    Whether the value exists.

  • value (Object) —

    The value to check.

  • condition (Object) —

    The $ne condition predicate.

Returns:

  • (true | false) —

    Whether the value matches.
