can I use MongoDB as my primary db for text search engine, that contain approx billion records including raw data? is that a good choice to work with MongoDB along with NodeJS?

The technology behind MongoDB Atlas Search is Apache Lucen combined with the strength of MongoDB I am pretty sure that this is an option.
This session will provide a good overview on Atlas search.
