Failed to add user to the group

Hi,

im trying to install mongoDB on windows 11 using mongodb-windows-x86_64-7.0.2-signed.msi

When i try to install it i get error:

How can i fix this?? I tried using

net localgroup “Performance Monitor Users” /add

but it resulted in:

The group already exists.
