You can call me Wan (Same pronunciation as in Obi Wan Kenobi). I’m based in Sydney, Australia, an expat from New Zealand 
. My background is Software Engineering in Visual Effects. A couple of years after I moved to Sydney, I joined the MongoDB Engineering team in 2015.
If you are based in Sydney, you may have come across me at various technical meetups. I was also a presenter at MongoDB .Local Sydney 2018 and 2019. In the online world, you may have come across me on Stack Overflow , GitHub , or Twitter (Either that one time I inserted Wellington, NZ in MongoDB server code while contributing to $geoWithin query, or that one time I made animation on MongoDB In Space).
