May be the question itself is wrong. both comment_id and reader_id are used as reference, but question is asking to select only one field.
I do not think the question is wrong. The question mentions blog post and its comments. While reader_id is probably a reference to the reader, it has nothing to do with blog post and its comments mentioned in the question.

It appears the answer has been corrected to reader_id.
Thanks for raising the question because the incorrect answer must have confused others too.
