Issue Claiming MongoDB Atlas Credit from the GitHub Student Pack

Dear MongoDB Team,

Greetings! I’ve been trying to claim the MongoDB benefits from the GitHub Student Pack, particularly the $50 Atlas Credit. However, each time I click on “Request your access code” to proceed, I’m consistently met with the following message: “We have a little problem. We are experiencing difficulties issuing a code. Please check back later to receive your Atlas code.”

I’ve attempted this for over a day now, encountering the same issue repeatedly. I’m certain that both my student verification and GitHub account are valid and active, so I’m quite puzzled as to why I’m facing this hurdle.

I’m keen on utilizing the Atlas Credit for my academic projects and learning. Any assistance or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there and welcome to the forums! Sorry you encountered this issue. We’re in the process of adding more Atlas codes to our system so if you check back later today or tomorrow, you should be able to generate an Atlas code without issue.
