M0 cluster not spinning up

One of my clusters has been inactive for quite some time now, so when I recently logged into MongoDB Atlas Web UI and clicked on “Resume” as suggested, it has been in a processing state with the message “Deploying your changes failed; we will try again shortly” , since yesterday. (nearly 12+ hours passed)
I noticed there was an partial outage yesterday which might have caused this (not sure if it really did), but even then, MongoDB Status shows MongoDB is operational now and there aren’t any reported issues as of 19th Dec 2023 (today).

This error showed up for all of my clusters yesterday, but all except 2 got fixed around 10 hours ago (when MongoDB was operational again) and I have a hunch that maybe these 2 clusters got stuck in some loop.

Any chance I can restart the deployment (apart from the things I’ve tried, that I listed below) for these clusters?
Also, if not, please suggest a way to fix this.

Things I’ve tried:

  • Wait (for around 12+ hours)
  • Restarted previous deployments (‘App services’ tab on top > ‘Deployments’ in side menu)
  • Changed location from AWS to Google, with the hope it’ll restart deployment from scratch after the 5-30 mins downtime.
