MongoDB Charts not rendering charts

MongoDB charts are suddenly not showing any data (after many months of working fine) as seen in this image:

Also, not working for embedding in webpage:

The request shows the following error message:
{“errorCode”:-1,“simple”:“Error loading data for this chart (error code: -1).”,“verbose”:“Error loading data for this chart (error code: -1). Unknown Error. See https://dochub.mongodb.org/core/charts-embedding-error-codes for details.”}

The error code is “unkown error”, so not much I can guess about what’s going on.

Is something wrong with mongoCharts?

Hi @Nicolas_Oteiza, sorry to see you’re having problems. There is an issue with Atlas hostname resolution impacting a small number of clusters. We are working to resolve this for everybody, but in the meantime there is a workaround that should fix this. If you go to Atlas and add a temporary IP whitelist entry (for any IP address), that should fix the issue immediately. Please give that a go and let me know if it works.
