Hi @Muhammad_Jafar_Sidik and welcome to the community forum.
From the error logs posted above, it looks like multiple attempts are being made to he MongoDb server connection. Additionally, there seems to be segmentation faults too while making the connection.
We have seen this issue in the past with the older version due to Wired Tiger storage issues.
Could you upgrade to latest version of MongoDB and let us know if you are still this issue.
