MongoDB Session Submission Portal - Guide to Submit

We are excited to introduce a unified portal for submitting session proposals for consideration at our MongoDB .local, User Group Events, and community events organized by MongoDB Partners.

:speaking_head: If you’ve got ideas to present on MongoDB, MongoDB Atlas, MongoDB Atlas App Services, Generative AI, Machine Learning in Mobile App Development with MongoDB or Realm Database, and other innovative technologies reshaping the tech landscape, or if you have exciting technology integrations with MongoDB that you’d like to bring to the community, we want to hear from you!


We are looking for sessions, demos, or workshops on topics such as:

  • Best practices and use case stories for using MongoDB
  • Building intelligent applications powered by Semantic Search and Generative AI
  • Atlas Search, Atlas Vector Search, Atlas Stream Processing, Atlas Change Streams, Atlas for Edge, Online Archive, Atlas Data Federation, and other Atlas App Services
  • Data Modeling & Schema Design
  • Security, Privacy and Data Protection
  • Optimizing MongoDB performance
  • Developing and deploying mobile applications with MongoDB and/or Realm Database
  • Tools and utilities for working with MongoDB, MongoDB Atlas, Atlas App Services and Realm Database
  • Integrations with other technologies, such as Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, GraphQL, BI Connector, etc.

If you have any other topic that you think would be of interest to the MongoDB and partner communities, please include that in your proposal.

How to Submit?

Step 1: Login and Setup

  • If you’re not logged in already, you’ll be prompted to do so upon accessing the submission portal. For returning users, it’s recommended to utilize the same login email for centralized proposal tracking.

  • If it’s your first time signing up, you’ll receive an email containing a signup completion link. After setting up your password, you’ll be redirected to the screen outlined in Step 2 to provide session details.

  • Should you have any supplementary information to share about your session, feel free to comment on your request ticket. Access the ticket from the confirmation email or by clicking on Requests :arrow_upper_right: in the upper right corner of the submission portal and add your comments accordingly.

FAQs

I already submitted a session and l am looking to track the details or communicate?*

If you have already submitted a session, you can track the details and communicate with us by clicking on Requests :arrow_upper_right: in the upper right corner. To track or respond to communication on your submissions, you would need to login into the portal using the same email ID that you used to submit the submission.

How can I find the event details including date and time and submit them for a specific event in my city?

This is a rolling acceptance for our MongoDB.local and User Group Events, and we will utilize these sessions for appearances in cities around the world. We encourage you to submit throughout the whole year and let us know which cities are closest to you for consideration. Please note you only need to submit your session once, but please indicate any and all cities that you’re willing to speak at.
