I missed my exam appointment.
The exam was scheduled for what I believed to be 4:00 PM WAT (West Africa Time), but in reality, it was scheduled for 4:00 AM WAT. This misunderstanding led to my absence from the exam session.
Could you please advise on the next steps I should take to reschedule the exam or if there is any possibility of accommodating my situation? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide in this matter.

Same thing happened with me today. Exam was scheduled for today 11 am but I mis understood it to be 11 pm. Please I kindly request that you allow me to reschedule the exam at your earliest convenience.

Same thing happened to me today i thought it was schedule @ 3 PM but actually schedule at 3 AM this morning i.e. 28/09/2024 I have already mailed to certification@mongodb.com.
Is there any expedite way to resolve this ?
