Yes, we typically do not provide additional free certification vouchers to learners who do not pass or miss their scheduled exam. While we want to provide students with the opportunity to get certified at no cost, we’ve found that providing additional free certification vouchers to users who do not pass the exam does not improve the likelihood that they will pass the exam.
If you wan to offset the cost of taking the exam again, all users (student or not) who complete a MongoDB certification learning path receive a 50% discount code. So if you complete an additional learning path, you can get a 50% discount code.
