About this Event
Singapore, MongoDB User Group is excited to launch and announce their first meetup in collaboration with Google Developers Space on Sept 1st.
The event will include two sessions, a demo based See in Action session, that will provide you with a quick introduction to MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas. It will be followed up by a demo of getting your own MongoDB Atlas cluster on Google Cloud that is free forever.
The next session would be a Do and Learn session, in which we’re going have you all add a search capability to your app with MongoDB Atlas Search. We will demo how can you build your own movie finder app with MongoDB. The demo will cover MongoDB’s document data storage model, aggregation pipeline, and search capabilities that power the application.
We will also have fun Networking Time to meet some of the developers, customers, architects, and experts in the region. Not to forget there will also be, Trivia 
Swags 
, and Dinner. 
If you are a beginner or have some experience with MongoDB already, there is something for all of you!
