Fertility benefit
MongoDB makes it easy to access quality fertility care, adoption, and surrogacy assistance tailored to your individual family planning and preservation needs. As part of the benefit, MongoDB will reimburse 90% of fertility health, adoption, or surrogacy expenses up to $50,000.
Paid Parental Leave
We are proud to offer new parents 20 weeks of paid leave to bond with their newly born, adopted, or fostered children. (This is subject to 1 year tenure requirements and local government regulations.) For new hires expecting to take parental leave prior to their 1 year anniversary, your leave will be subject to local government regulations.
Cleo
MongoDB helps our employees transition into parenthood with the help of Cleo. Cleo provides employees with fully personalized parental counseling from pregnancy through your child’s 18th birthday. You and your spouse or partner can have unlimited meetings with your Cleo Guide where you can discuss anything from sleep schedules for your newborn to building a strong relationship with your teen. Your guide will be a subject matter expert in their field.
Backup Child and Elder Care with Care.com
MongoDB provides 15 days of subsidized backup care to employees to make it easier for employees to be able to obtain child care while they're working. Through Care.com, employees can also access Care.com’s extensive network of caregivers for non-work related purposes.
Pet Insurance

Charitable Giving
