Employee Resource Groups + Inclusion Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and affinity groups are employee-led groups based on shared characteristics, experiences, or interests. All employees are welcome to join our ERGs, which are open to everyone, and exemplify our leadership principle of 'Build Together,' offering support and networking opportunities that strengthen our community and promote collaboration.
Our ERGs are not only spaces for connection but also aim to foster learning and awareness across the company.
