Hi, I have a college account ‘abc@gmail.com’ and I used that to get access of Github Student Dev. Pack. I have also created a github account from ‘abc@gmail.com’ . But I have another main account “main@gmail.com” and it’s connected to my primary github account and mongodb. So i used the promo code which i got from college mail id to ‘main@gmail.com’, will it work and how does it work?

Verifying that you are signed up for the GitHub Student Developer Pack by entering your GitHub credentials on mongodb.com/students does not create a MongoDB account nor does it link your existing MongoDB account to your GitHub account.
It’s fine if you took the Atlas promo code that was given to you through MongoDB for Students and applied it to an Atlas instance that was associated with an existing MongoDB account. Your 2 accounts are unrelated and are not linked in any way. However, we cannot move those Atlas credits over to another account because you’ve already applied the code.
